I had Ashley powerflush my property. He was such a lovely guy. He was very friendly and explained everything to us very clearly. He didn’t stop working all day long! I had to prompt him two or three times to drink his tea before it got cold. Ashley fitted our boiler just over two years ago. We got two or three quotes at the time and Ashley was actually the cheapest. I’m surprised as he came across as the most knowledgeable and I’m very happy we choose him to do the work. He turned up at 8am and worked non stop until everything was finished and fitted around 4/5pm. Once he got the boiler up and running he took us through the new controls and explained to us in detail how it all works. His workmanship is very neat and he was very considerate tidying up after. When our boiler broke down we were without heating and hot water. We went onto Check a Trade and starting to call local engineers to find someone who could repair our boiler. I was shocked by how many people never returned my call or told me they would come and never showed up. When I got hold of Ashley he was on a job and told me he would give me a call back in a hour or two. I thought to myself yeah right here we go again. But to my surprise around a hour later Ashley called me back and was kind enough to come and see us that night. He spent around a hour working out what was causing the problem and told us our boiler needed a new Fan. Then he told me he carry’s the particular Fan we need on his Van! Ashley got our boiler back up and running within two hours of walking through the door. I am amazed by how efficient and professional he is.
